ABOUT JAI VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS
Built to Support the Way Organizations Actually Work
Jai Virtual Solutions provides flexible operations, executive, project, event, and digital support to business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and growing organizations.
The business was built around a simple idea: organizations do not operate in silos, and the support they need should not have to either.
Rather than limiting support to one narrow function, we help clients across the areas where additional capacity, organization, and execution are needed most.

Regina Jai Webb
Founder | Virtual Operations & Executive Support Consultant
My background began in Human Resources, but my work quickly exposed me to nearly every part of an organization: leadership, staffing, operations, finance, programs, communications, events, and more.
Over time, I realized my greatest strength was not simply working within one department. It was my ability to understand the bigger picture, organize moving parts, solve problems, and help turn priorities into action.
That became the foundation of Jai Virtual Solutions.
Since launching, I have supported organizations in roles ranging from HR and executive support to board administration, program and project coordination, event planning, budgeting and payroll support, websites, branding, and digital communications.

When Virtual Support Makes Sense
Additional Capacity Without An Additional Full-Time Hire
Not every growing need requires another employee. Sometimes your organization already has the vision, leadership, and team in place, but there simply is not enough capacity to keep every priority moving.
Jai Virtual Solutions is a strong fit when you need experienced support to step into the gaps, manage moving pieces, and help maintain momentum without the time and expense of adding another full-time position.
Whether you are navigating growth, launching a new initiative, managing a busy season, preparing for an event, supporting leadership, or simply trying to get important work off the back burner, JVS provides flexible support that can meet the need without creating more complexity.

You may need JVS when:
-
Important projects keep getting pushed aside because your team is already at capacity.
- Leadership needs dependable support without adding another full-time staff position.
-
A program, event, or special initiative needs someone to coordinate the details and keep it moving.
-
Responsibilities are falling between departments because no single role fully owns them.
-
Your organization needs short-term or ongoing expertise across more than one function.
-
You need someone who can step in, learn quickly, and work independently.
